Captured LV Escape Room is seeking fun, energetic, and motivated people to join our team!

Available Position: Game Room Guide

Shifts available: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

  • Greet customers.
  • Manage sign-in process.
  • Lead game orientation.
  • Process payment. Check-out merchandise sales.
  • Diligently monitor games, quickly providing clues and additional assistance when appropriate.
  • Lead post-game review sessions with enthusiasm and positivity.
  • Quickly and accurately reset game rooms.
  • Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in person.
  • Maintain composure and enthusiasm while troubleshooting and solving customer issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
